Other ArchivesBAR Archive This includes original correspondence, texts, figures, drafts etc relating to the 18 volumes published by British Archaeological Reports of Oxford in the series The Archaeology of the Clay Tobacco Pipe. Eleven of the volumes deal with the British Isles, the other seven with Europe and the Americas. Theses The NPA has been given copies of a number of pipe-related theses for degrees and higher degrees from universities in America, Europe, Australia and the United Kingdom and Ireland. L’Acadèmie Internationale de la Pipe The Academy was founded in Italy in 1984 and moved its administrative base to France in 1992. Following a further move to the UK in 2008 all of its administrative and research papers have been transferred to the NPA. These include copies of many publications, bibliographies, research papers and lecture notes as well as the Academy’s financial and managerial records.
